We hope you love your Pepa London pieces, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original protective packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact.

  Ship the Package

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
